Recipe:

- Guntagalagara leaves ( BHRINGARAJA LEAVES)

- Neeli leaves

- Indian Goose Berry (USIRI)

- Seseme seed oil (Nuvvula Nune)

Take equal quantities of Bhringaraja leaves juice, Neeli leaves juice, Usiri juice, Seseme seed oil. Mix it with Seseme seed oil. Boil it on slim fire till the taken composition reduces to half the quantity. A thick oil is obtained. Apply it regularly for 40 days. And you can find the result.

RECIPE NO 1:


Take 1/4 Liter mild water. Add 2 tea spoons of Ginger juice, 4 spoons of Honey. Add half spoon of roasted Cumin seed (Jeelakarra) powder, half spoon of roasted Coriander seed (Dhaniya) powder to it.
Take this early in the morning before breakfast.


RECIPE NO 2:



Uttareni Juice, Ava Nune (Mustard oil), Avise Nune (Flax oil), Nuvvula Nune (Seseme seed oil).
Take equal proportions of the above. Boil on slim fire till uttareni juice is completely mixed up in it. Oil is obtained at the end. Apply this oil on places where there is much fat. The oil has a property of burning cholesterol and fat.


RECIPE NO 3:


Take handfull of Ulavalu (horse grams). Boil them in water and take early in the morning before breakfast.


RECIPE NO 4:


Jowar (jonnalu), Millet (ragulu), Barley, Wheat, Saddalu (bajra).
Mix them all and grind them to flour. Make rotis with this flour.


CURRIES TO BE TAKEN:
Bottle gourd (Sorakaya), Snake gourd (potla kaya), Bitter gourd (kakara kaya), Pumpkin, Turia or Ridge gourd (beerakaya).
Mix all vegetables, add turmeric powder and Saindhava Lavanam(Indian Ocean salt). Prepare curry with all these mixed vegetables and have it along with the rotis mentioned above.

RECIPE:
This Ayurvedic medicine given below can be easily prepared in house using the commonly used kitchen spices which are easily available in the market.

• Cumin seeds(Jeelakarra)
• Rock candy(Pattika Bellam)
• Ghee(Neyyi)

1. Take 100 grams of Cumin seeds, fry it lightly. Now powder it. Keep it aside.
2. Take 100 grams of Rock candy. Powder it. keep it aside.
3. Now mix the Rock candy powder with one glass of water and boil it for 1 t0 2 minutes. After 2 minutes add the Cumin seeds powder which we kept aside and start mixing the solution while boiling. While mixing the solution add 100 grams of Ghee.
4. Boil the whole solution until you get a HALWA like material and remove from the stove wait for some time.Take the medicine in a dry bottle and preserve. It should be kept in dry place and always use a dry spoon

Dosage:

• For Adults (1/2-1) tea spoon before one hour to lunch and dinner.
• For Children 1/4th tea spoon before one hour to lunch and dinner.

REMEMBER:
It is very essential to keep the medicine in dry place. Use a dry spoon whenever you open the bottle.

RECEPE:

• Billa Ganneru Flower (Periwinke) powder : 50 gms
• Gunta galagara flower or leaf powder : 50 grams
• Thella Jilledu Flowder powder : 50 gms
• Tulasi leaves Powder : 50 gms
• Pure Turmeric powder : 50 gms
• Roasted pepper : 50 gms

PROCEDURE:

• -Mix them all. Filter them to obtain fine powder. Use a cotton cloth to filter.
• -Take the powder in a wide opened vessel made of mud.
• -Add Govu Muthram (Cow urine) to it till the podwer drowns.
• -Allow it to be still all the night.
• -Dry it in the sun in the morning.
• -Again add cow urine to it at night.
• -Continue this procedure for seven nights and seven days.
• -After the above procedure grind the mixture in pot to fine paste.
• -Add filtered Cow urine to paste if necessary.
• -Add some honey to the mixture.
• -Make the paste as small tablets.
• -Dry the tablets in air.
• -After drying preserve them in a glass bottle.

USAGE OF THE TABLETS:

• For children one tablet three times a day.
• For adults one to three tablets three times a day.
• Take along with pure milk or orange juice(just like you have common tablets with water).
• Forty days of dosage can cure tough diarrhea, black cancer(pandu), blood deficiency, viral fevers.
• It will improve immunity system in body.
