Some Support Corner advise.
* Do a thorough search in the"Support Archives" first. (Someone may have encountered the same problem.)
* When asking a question, give all information available without anyone asking. (Let readers decide what is redundant.)
* Use a catchy topic title, but one that reflects the contents. (The index should contain the compacted question. "Help" is not enough!)
* Come back frequently, and read all answers. (The polite thing to do, as members made an effort to help you!)
* Write an update if you promised so. (Keep helping members up-to-date.)
* Thank the contributors, and tell them what did the job.(Even if you found an answer yourself.) (Make it a learning experience for all members.)
* Have the topic closed and moved to the archives, by using the report-button. (Clean up behind you; no housekeeper here!)
