Veteran actress Jamuna will be conferred with Savitri Memorial Award very soon. The announcement came from veteran director Dasari Narayana who celebrated his birthday on Tuesday the 4th May. Jamuna has started her career as a small side actress and turned herself in to a full fledged actress. She shared the screen place alongside actors like NTR, Nageshwar Rao etc. She portrayed stubborn characters and is well known for her soft performances. She is still remembered as the one of the greatest stars of Tollywood.
