Shankar, the director who has carved the name for himself still hasn’t forgotten the very purpose for which he entered the movie world, i.e., acting. After showing face here and there in different movies including ‘Sivaji’ he seems to have allocated himself a specific role in his upcoming mega budget film ‘Robot’, the Rajini movie which is also being shot in Tamil simultaneously. The role which has the approval of Rajinikanth seems to be kept under raps from the inquisitive eyes of reporters and onlookers. So we may not really get to know about Shankar’s role but we can expect a notable performance from this artistic director.
